GEORGIA M: TKD WORLD CHAMPS 2015

Hey guys :) This year I've been selected to represent New Zealand in May at the Tae Kwon Do World Championships in Jesolo, Italy for Individual sparring and patterns, and Team sparring, patterns and specialty. After starting Tae Kwon Do in 2005 and competing at my first tournament in 2006 I've been competing at events of Regional, National and International level. In 2012 I began training towards my first World Cup tournament in England and came away with a gold and silver in individual sparring and patterns. After getting a taste of the World Champs in Spain during 2013, I hope to go to Italy this year and achieve my goal of becoming World Champion in 2015. Over the past few years there have been a few obstacles such as the constraints of balancing school and training which only got harder after getting a part time job to help fund me through this sport. The costs of training camps, uniforms, team gear, flights, accomodation and competition fees have been slightly straining over the past few years so I've set up this page to try and help out a bit alongside the part time job I started 6 months ago. Anything donated by you guys is absolutely amazing and any support is gladly welcomed. Thanks for any contributions you guys make and hopefully I can do NZ proud.
