My 9 year old daughter has bronchiectasis which is a uncurable lung disease We need help to reduce the dust in our house to help her health

Hi I'm Hayley's mum,
My daughter Hayley was diagnosed with bronchiectasis a couple of years ago, it's a lung disease which has unfortunately affected both of her lungs.
Each day both morning and night she needs to be on her nebuliser and then do her breathing physio to try and loosen and bring up mucus from her lungs which takes a good 20 minutes each time, that's if she's in the mood to do it properly. Hayley has only just turned 9 so she finds it very hard to understand that this is essential and she will be required to do this for the rest of her life as there is no cure for this awful lung disease bronchiectasis.
This year has been a really tough year for her with her ongoing health issues she has already had 12 lung infections which she has required to have 12 2 week course of antibiotics and also so far 2 Iv antibiotic medication where both times she was hospitalised for 2 weeks and is currently down with another infection with another chance of needing hospitalisation again if she doesn't beat this new infection by next week.
We are hoping to raise some funds to get a home ventilation system installed which we hope will minimise the dust in our house to try improve Hayley's health as we live on a main road and also have a fireplace this has made our dust problem 10x worse
We are trying every option we can to try and get Hayley's health as stable as we can to prevent any further damage to her lungs as every infection she has the worse the scarring on her lungs become.
But i need your help to help her as good ventilation system is quite pricey and I'm currently unable to work as Hayley's health is an ongoing problem that needs my full attention.
I'm involved as Hayley is my daughter and I'm wanting her health to stable so she can have a better quality life with this awful lung disease bronchiectasis
