Just like she fought it off with her family when she was originally diagnosed with stage four metastatic melanoma two years ago, she’s refusing her ‘terminal’ diagnosis after the cancer returned aggressively just before Christmas.

Despite being told 'there is nothing we can do', along with the support of her family and friends (Jen's Assassins) she's planning on assassinating cancer with natural therapies including Vitamin C and a vegan lifestyle.

She's just started her journey, which has begun with much smoothie making and experimental cooking - tofu sausages anyone! But it's expensive.

Here's some ground-breaking research from the University of Otago showing that Cancer tumours that contain higher levels of Vitamin C are less aggressive and slower to grow than ones with lower levels of the vitamin.
