New Zealand classrooms are dynamic and challenging sound environments. They have many individuals creating noise and usually have very poor acoustics. Research has shown that having a second implant enables the recipient to gain directionality of noise and greater hearing in noise.These are very important parts of hearing necessary to best perform in a Primary classroom.
