Please help my mum on her road to recovery

My mum suffered extensive burns to her hands and required skin grafts she has to travel with dad from timaru to Christchurch often unfortuanatly mum wasn't entitled to any benefits as she is a seasonal worker any help would be appreciated it will help ease the financial stress of treatment mum is facing on her road to recovery
