Help Nikkie before she goes blind
Nikkie is going blind, we want to help her see part of the world before its too late

Nikkie is going blind, she is a quiet and beautiful 20 year old woman from Te Kuiti. Nikkie has a bent optic nerve, which will cause total blindness by the time she is 30. At her last eye test she had her drivers licence taken from her, as you can imagine this was devastating news. While she can still see, her vision is limited and she is now legally blind. Nikkie works 2 days a week at her local supermarket. She has been a member of the Te Kuiti Rod & Custom Club for 4 years. and her favourite car is a 1969 Mustang 428 Cobrajet, a car she will never be able to drive.
Nikkies first goal is to travel to the Gold Coast, as we want to help her do that before she cant see.
All funds funds will be used to send Nikkie to the gold coast, and costs will be air fares as well as hopefully covering her fathers loss of wages while they are away.

We are organising a Hot Rod Run in New Plymouth as part of the Egmont Rod & Custom Club, we will be having an event from the 16th - 18th October at Topec.
We have called it Nikkies Ball as a theme, we plan to have an open day on the sunday where all cars will be able to be viewed by the public with a gold coin donation as entry. Everybody welcome. Please do try to come if not please donate to a fantastic cause.
