To help a 16 year old and her family

Please help our family we have a 16 year old her name is Summer Aranui-Arani and she had a diagnosis of Hypoxia which simply means she was left to long without oxygen to her brain. Doctors have said prepare for her funeral but so far she has proven them wrong. Summer is in intensive care Joondulup Hospital Perth Australia. Her mother Claudine (aka Toots) had to quit her job to be by Summers side. They also have 6 more children to care for If you could help out that would be much appreciated.
