RAYS LAST WISH

Time is running out for Ray he is terminal. Ray had a double lung transplant in 2011 and he is now in end stage chronic lung rejection. (and under Hospice) Ray needs help to for fill his last wish, to marry his long time support, best friend and love Veronica. Donations go towards the cost of a wedding. He needs help fundraising as a wedding needs to be put together in 10 weeks. YOU OUR GENEROUS DONATORS WILL BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THIS STORY FROM PRE INTERVEIW all about Ray and his struggles and illness with TVNZ show 7 Sharp channel 1, to our actual big day...youll be able to follow our journey and see where your donations have gone. We are hoping to raise around $15.000. Donations will go towards costs of food and venue for around 100 guests, all of whom wish to share this special day and spend time with him as there may not be other opurtunities. (family are also traveling from over seas) venue and food alone are a huge cost. our venue needs to catered and this includes staff, hirage, catering to rays medical needs and to have a bed set up for Ray and steri gel for all the tables. A suit and shoes need to be bought and Ray will also use his suit and shoes when he departs this earth money will go towards a dress. Money will go towards a florist and cake. Another big cost is photography and videograpghy, which will be super important to document this day and make it a forever memory Costs also include hair and make up, decorations, music, celerbrant, transport to wedding, a marrage licenece and a place tonstay close ro venue as ray will be to tired to travel home and rings and all the little things we forgoten to mention...oh like invitations etc. Receipts for everything will be kept as well.
