All kids deserve a school camp

$4,450 of $15,000 goal
Given by 60 generous donors in 6 weeks

Young people should not miss out on camp. Help us ensure no one does.

Manawatu / Whanganui

A group of students from Ross Intermediate is determined to ensure that all students get an opportunity to go on camp this year.

Camps are important because:

- it gives students a chance to try new things and take risks

- to develop independence away from their families

- to take a break from technology

- interact with other young people and develop life long friendships.

Ross Intermediate's involvement (page creator)

We are involved becuase we were disappointed to find out that some students will miss out on the camp experience due to parents financial situation. We wanted to do something about it.

About us

Ross Intermediate is a school with up to 25 classes and 500 students. 85% of those students will be attending camp and the other 15% will not due to financial reasons.
