Fundraising to help Animal shelters. Starting with Hope Rescue South Auckland :)

My name is Sam, I am a 28 year old Chiropractor, who has just started to work full time as of 1.5 years ago after 7 years of uni study. Other than helping people improve their health and well being, I have huge desires and goals to help animals worldwide, and I plan to do much more than just donate in the near future. Right now i donate monthly to soi dog in thailand, i donate on a weekly basis to different non-profit organizations all around the world such as marley's mutt dog rescue, dogs deserve better, hope for paws - all these organizations do amazing work and without them these poor animals wouldn't stand a chance! :(

I will have a workout planned with 2 different intensities, so no matter what level you are at, you will be able to do the exercises and it will even leave you feeling amazing at the end.

Please invite your friends and family. Even if they want to come and watch you. If you are really not into working out, you can always donate anyway.

Anything helps so please don't think what you can contribute won't make a difference.

Location for the workouts are at Priorityfitness - 45 Woodside Ave, Northcote, next schedule workout is on Saturday 8th Aug 2015 from 11.30 am - 12.30.

Right now I want to help Hope Rescue South Auckland.

The Money will help them have more vet supplies, food and space available for the dogs.

In the future I want to be more involved in their organization and be more hands on. I also want to maximize and increase awareness about treatment of animals all over the world and have my own non-profit organization that helps millions of animals.
