The Trips Trust is to enable the community to help fund students on school camps/trips where financial hardship is a barrier.
Wellington
When a student can’t go on a school camp or trip because their family can’t afford it, something’s not quite right.
The Greytown School Trips Trust was borne out of a need to ensure all of its students could participate in Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) – a core element of the New Zealand curriculum and essential for ensuring students are able to reach their full potential.
The Board has set up this givealittle page to enable ex pupils, the community, businesses and supporters of the Trust to contribute and help fund students to go on trips. The funds for these trips are difficult to raise for some families who are experiencing hardship.
The Principal, as a trustee, will identify those students he/she believes would benefit from the Trust.
The Trust is grateful for your support – every little bit helps.
