Adisyn's HOPE for Others
I want to give bereaved parents more precious time with their angel babies to help them create treasured memories.

Our precious daughter Adisyn-Hope was born sleeping on 29th July 2014 at 3.10pm
We only had a few special hours with her before we decided to put the lid on her moses basket.
Since Adisyn died we have had a close association with SANDS Hutt Valley/Wellington and the Baby Bereavement Group in Dunedin.
I can not sing their praises enough. These organisations and wonderful people provide love, support and understanding to parents at a time when nothing really makes any sense at all.
I have joined lots of support groups and have become passionate about raising awareness around baby and infant loss and I have a great desire to help others.
I came across an article about the Cuddlecot System and decided that this would be the way that I would leave a legacy for our daughter and help other grieving families.
A system like this will hopefully help reduce some of the trauma for parents and allow the family to spend every moment with their baby, precious moments where every minute counts.
My ultimate goal is to raise enough money to import 4 Cuddlecot systems from the UK and donate 1 each into hospitals in our four major cities -Wellington, Dunedin, Christchurch and Auckland. I also plan on there being a way that families are able to borrow the Cuddlecot from the hospital so they can take their babies home if they wish.
Wellington Hospital will be first to receive a Cuddlecot as Adisyn was born there followed by Dunedin due to our new association there.
I have had communications with Flexmort and they have kindly offered me the Cuddlecots at the charity price which work out to be $3,250NZD each including Freight.

I have been looking for a way to make a difference.
I wanted to be part of something that related to our experience and leave a legacy for our daughter.
SANDS give us these beautiful cards called 'Random Acts of Kindness' done in loving Memory of .................... where we write our childs name.
These cards give me a sense of parenting Adisyn even though she is no longer here. And on a larger scale so too does this project.
Adisyn was tiny, her life far too brief but she was loved and by helping other families in the same tragic situation we send love, HOPE and support and her name will always be spoken.
