Help me finish the Flaming Dragon! Most random project needs finishing! I'm 80% there. New Zealand's first outboard powered fishing ski!.

Bay of Plenty

I ain't no engineer! Funding needed to complete project. A few years ago I inherited a jet ski hull. Inspired by this 1960's "Auqa-rail" or 'Girl catcher' as the owner referred to it.. http://www.vintageprojects.com/boats/aqua-rail-jet-ski.html , I embarked on a project of my own. I've spent countless hours and money getting it to this point with the dream of riding off into the sunset. This has not happened, nor has it caught any girls. I've had it on the water once, and needed to go back to the drawing board with the throttle, gear and steering mechanisms, and just lack the engineering capacity to do it, so it just sits, and waits. I need to pay someone to do it for me..I am a student this year and I just don't have the money...I am happy to offer free use of the Flaming Dragon for a week or more for any donations over $200. I'll even accept offers of engineering / Handyman help. If I reach the target, I'll take a bunch of kids, able and disabled for free rides over summer! Hopefully you get a laugh out of it at least...hit me up for a ride! Thanks in advance for your help :)
