A Mobile Imagination Station!

$200 of $12,000 goal
Given by 5 generous donors in 6 weeks

Our goal is to raise $20,000 to purchase a van. Having a van will make Imagination Station more accessible than ever!

Canterbury

Imagination Station is excited to take the next step in encouraging Canterbury kids to be creative learners! Our goal is to raise $20,000 to purchase a van for use by Imagination Station. If this is reached, extra funds will be spent on additional gear, the fit-out of the vehicle, and learning materials.

Our intention is to purchase the van by the end of January 2020 in order to be ready for the 2020 school year starting in February. The van will take Imagination Station's educational programmes around Canterbury schools and libraries, making our classes more accessible than ever before! Imagination Station's most popular activities include classes in robotics, movie making, renewable energy, and technical mechanics. More information about our courses can be found on our website.

Imagination Station is well known as a charitable play and education space encouraging creativity and specialising in STEAM education using LEGO! Now operating from Tūranga, Christchurch's new central library, Imagination Station is a hive of learning and engagement for all ages, ensuring learning opportunities are available to all. Imagination Station is independent of the Christchurch City Council.

Imagination Station is operated by BUG4/2 Incorporated, an independent charity which relies on the generosity of our fans and supporters to continue offering great opportunities for Canterbury kids.

About us

Use of funds
