Support Akhila, a resilient CAP student, via our transparent Give a Little page. Your contribution can ease her burden and light her path.
Palmerston North, Manawatu-Wanganui
Hi everyone,
I want to share the story of Akhila, a bright CAP student whose resilience in the face of hardship is nothing short of inspiring. Her father is unable to work due to serious health issues, and her mother works tirelessly as a hospital security guard to support their family of four, including Akhila’s younger brother. Despite their courage and determination, the weight of financial struggles is overwhelming.
When I heard about Akhila’s situation, I felt compelled to act. With the support of both Malayali organisations in Palmerston North, I’ve created a Give a Little page to help ease their burden. This platform ensures transparency, so you’ll see exactly how your contributions make a difference.
Akhila’s dream of a better future shouldn’t be dimmed by financial hardship. This is our chance to come together as a community and show her that she’s not alone. Every donation, no matter the size, will bring her closer to a brighter tomorrow.
Let’s be the light that guides Akhila and her family through this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity can create ripples of change.
Donate today and be a part of her journey.
Thank you for your support.
With gratitude,
Sonu Benjamin
I am Sonu Benjamin, a concerned community member who met Akhila through a friend and learned about their struggles and took the initiative to create a 'Give a Little' page to provide her with direct and transparent support.
The funds will be used to ease Akhila’s family’s financial burden back in India, including repayment of bank loans, gold loans, and personal loans taken from individuals, helping them regain stability and focus on a brighter future.
