APNZ is trying to build a constant production film industry in Canterbury to give enthusiastic people the ability to get their name out.

Canterbury

Myself and my co-director have been making short films in Christchurch a while now and have resolved to bring a new creative option for artists to the city.

Our passion for film making and helping people get a leg up on their own strengths are the foundation of the company we are creating.

We have founded APNZ an independent production group with a focus on giving people opportunities and their name attached to much larger projects than they ever would have been able to before without moving to a distant part of the nation.

We're planning a homegrown feature length movie to show what our young filmmakers can do but that takes time and bringing it to life takes funds.

We're asking all of you to help as the city has had a bad run of it in recent years and it doesn't promote the kind of growth seen elsewhere.

There is no large production base available to the hopeful creator in the Canterbury region and we want to change that.

Use of funds

Donations will be well spent on:

-Bringing new people on board

-Filming and recording equipment

-Props

-Advertising

-Budget of "Reignition" feature piece

-Catering/transport

-Renting locations

-Eventually we will lease a studio in Christchurch
