A FEW GOOD MEN - RICKSHAW RUN 2018

Picture this: six idiots from across New Zealand, driving two rubbish Rickshaws (which you may know as Tuk Tuks) more than 3,500km through India.

Why? Great question. Well it'll be fun - probably. And you only live once, so why not?

Part of competing in the run involves fundraising for two causes: the first is Cool Earth, a charity that works to protect endangered rainforests by working with indigenous villagers to give them the tools to succeed.

The second is up to the six morons, and we've chosen Leukaemia and Blood Cancer New Zealand.

Donations will be split 50/50 between the two charities.

Who are we?

Sir Joseph Bunting - The furtherest most point from a mechanic in the team - once drove his car around for a week with no oil. The only thing Joe plans on filling is his stomach with Spicy Tandoori Goat & Naan.

Lord Nicholas Hurst - The practical head scratcher of the team that will keep these glorified lawn mowers running in return for a cold Kingfisher. His favourite T-shirt is the bright green John Deere one.

The RT Hon. George Boyd - The biggest liability to the team having crashed into multiple inanimate objects breaking various parts of his body and others. He's here just to make life a little less boring.

Father Cameron Betts - The cameraman of the group that's going to catch the best & the worst. Loves long walks on the beach, foreign places, & people - especially if someone else is paying.

Baron Kingsley Hockley - A director by trade which means he's generally an arsehole who tells people what to do. He'll probably do the same thing on this trip and piss everyone off big time. His biggest claim to fame is closing Auckland's North Western motorway with a Suzuki Swift.
