On Monday 4th May 2020 our precious, bubbly, bright Ahurewa Rapira was getting blood tests done. They found she had low level blood cells that prevent bleeding. Fast forward a week later and she is getting a blood transfusion and had been asked to go up to Starship for further testing.
On Thursday 14th May Rach and Brad got the devastating news that Ahurewa was confirmed to have Leukemia. We now have a diagnosis: Acute Megakaryoblastic Leukemia
We are raising funds so that Rach and Brad know they will have no financial burden over this time. That they have assurance that they will be able to access funds for any treatment that Ahurewa will receive.
Lastly, please keep your prayers coming for this whānau. Rach, Brad, siblings and Ahurewa we know God has got this in His hands!
