‘Art for the Sea’ iengages local artists to turn the old Lyall Bay Surf Life Saving Club building into new art, to be auctioned in Feb 2017.

Search & Rescue Event Clubs

Well it's finally happened and what a brilliant evening. Thanks to EVERYONE that helped along the way make this so special. In excess of $50,000 was raised on the night which will go a long way to assist the building project and fund essential club activities. On behalf of the Lyall Bay Surf Life Saving Club, thank you for your ongoing support and generosity.

In particular the local Wellington and wider art world for contributing their time and talent, Clare Matthews, Bruce Mahalski, Dside, Sean Duffle, Flox, Michael McCormack, Donna Cross, Juliet Best, Alfred Memelink, Brian Nelson, Bruce Luxford, Liz Ritchie, Christie Wright, Mica Still, Mellissa Young. Jack Candlish, Milarky and Matt Ritchie.
