Raising funds to fight human trafficking.

Canterbury

Raising funds through the creative arts and other means to support the work of organisations working to restore and rehabilitate the lives of adults and children caught up in human trafficking.

About us

Human trafficking is the fastest growing crime on earth.

Artists Against Slavery uses the creative arts to raise money for rescue, rehabilitation and prevention of this global brutality.

Artists Against Slavery is a New Zealand registered charity.

Use of funds

So far we have passed on 100% of funds raised (small admin costs are met by separate donation) to Hagar International who work with the survivors of modern day slavery. They have set up safe houses, foster homes, educational facilities and job training for people rescued out of slavery and abuse. Hagar NZ supports this work in Cambodia, Vietnam and Afghanistan.
