Farewell dearest Jun!

We are asking your support through prayers and donation for Jun Basinal,47 y/o who is currently in Auckland Hospital Intensive Care Unit due to Severe Acute Pancreatitis (SAP).

13July2018. It all started with severe stomach pain and vomiting while Jun was at home at around 4AM. He was then rushed to the hospital by his wife Dovie and found out later that he's got a serious damage to his pancreas. Few days later, a Laparostomy (surgery in the abdominal area) was performed and more tests and surgical procedures followed thereafter. Due to his critical condition, he was transferred to the ICU. A tracheostomy was also needed to help Jun with breathing and had to undergo temporary dialysis due to the complications of his disease.

It's been a month since Jun was admitted in the ICU and as of today 14August2018, Jun was transferred via air ambulance to Waikato Hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand for more surgical procedures which can only be performed in the said hospital.

The family moved to NZ in January 2017 on a 3 year Work Visa.Jun works as a Mechanic while Dovie is a Kitchen-hand in a Rest Home in North Shore. With their three children, Jovien Dale,22; John Dave, 17 and Jude Daniel,15, the family takes turns in looking after their dad in the hospital.The family has been renting a house but they were forced to move into a room from to cut down on the expenses.

Jun has always been the breadwinner of the family and this event have been the most challenging for them-emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually.
