Beloved Bobbie

Dear Community Friends,

We have a mum and dad and their 6 children aged between 5 & 15 and 3 older children ages 17. 19 & 20 years old who have loved and lived in this beautiful community for a long while and who are desperately in need of your help and support.

Sadly, last week on Friday the 17th September this young family lost a beloved son and brother aged 11 to suspected suicide. Under these circumstances the family have been moved out of the home, a decision not seen possible due to the trauma of this event had it not been for the kind and amazing support of the NZ Police – (Kia ora Kaimahi). The family have left their home and relocated elsewhere in Auckland temporarily. There are some wonderful people in the background advocating and providing some amazing support for this family and this has been overwhelmingly received with the utmost humble hearts, gratitude and aroha.

With that in mind the family are in need of financial support (so much more than what they are able to manage or have available) and we are asking for any donation that you feel you can offer. The family will need to finance a portion of the funeral costs, the standard day to day living costs, they will need furniture to setup a new homestead and a reliable vehicle as well as transport costs. When the authorisation has been approved the family wish to travel back to Hamilton so they can bury their beloved back in his hometown.
