Bringing Christmas Joy to families in Westport who are struggling this Christmas Season or who are are spending Christmas alone.

I have created this page to gain donations from people who would like to help but otherwise are unsure how or unable to, the donations given will go to food parcels, gifts etc for people struggling during Christmas or spending Christmas alone this year.

All gifts will be brought secondhand to further aid the community, while we have Op-Shops and other Charities around I believe Christmas is about Family and in such a small Town we are ALL Family, it requires a personal touch and I intend to do all I can to give it that.

We've had such a massive influx of messages from struggling Families, people alone and Solo-Parents that I thought making a page to donate was an excellent idea.

So far we have various toy donations, baking given to selected families, Christmas Trees distributed, Free Taxi rides and a free return trip to Christchurch.

I run the Facebook Page and act as the middle man between people wanting to donate and families in need, I'll put together the food parcels, wrap the gifts and deliver anything that needs to be delivered.

If people are alone and would like to spend Christmas with a Family they'll be welcome at my house.
