Building For Families

For the last 10 years we have focused on serving our community by helping support families with children and youth programmes, run through our Church.

We have seen that there is a need to help every day families with support for their children and young people, especially with the modern pressures of life that we now all face.

Our many community services have out grown our current leased building, and so to be able to continue to deliver and expand our ability to give back to the people of Invercargill, we now need to build our own community focused facility.

The new building is designed to be able to host multiple groups at the same time, offering a full sized netball / basketball court, indoor and out door play grounds, large communal / eating area with full kitchen, meeting rooms, large garden BBQ area, and sports ground.

We currently have over 700 people from the community per week coming through our current facilities, from pre school/ primary school/ high school children, SIT students, community groups like the Red Cross, Schools, and families.

This is grown by about 100 people per week, per year, over the last 3 years, and demand for our services and the building hire is steadily increasing.
