Carole's Fight for Life

Our beautiful sister, Carole, has been diagnosed with advanced (stage 4) cancer in her liver bile ducts, that has metastisised to her liver, external bile ducts and lymph nodes. Last year, Carole suffered the tragic loss of her daughter, her only child, and the death of both parents. Since then, Carole has been the backbone for her 3 grieving grandchildren, caring for their every need.

Carole has now completed several rounds of chemotherapy, however, this did not have any success in shrinking her cancer. She is no longer working and is focusing on being as well as possible, through utilising natural therapies.

Carole has been undertaking several treatments since her diagnosis; ozone therapy ($65 a session) and intravenous Vitamin C (approximately $229 per infusion). Even with family assistance, the cost is prohibitive as these therapies are not currently funded in New Zealand. Carole has also started Reiki and recently started Rife therapy. She has adopted an alkaline diet and is taking several supplements recommended for cancer. Your kind donation would go towards funding these treatments that give Carole the one thing that she's fighting for - to create beautiful memories and spend as much time as possible with her grandchildren, family and friends.

Carole is truly one of the beautiful people. Always thinking of others, never complains and is still more concerned about how her cancer is affecting the emotional well being of everyone else, but herself. Her life has not been an easy one, but her entire focus has been, and still is, on being there for others.
