We ask that anyone wanting to contribute to help celebrate Chungwei Jessie Chu's life to donate to the scholarship we've set up in her name.

Our beautiful Chungwei Jessie Chu has passed from this world. She has touched so many hearts and left many with incredible memories of her. Everyone who has met her will know just how immediately you feel at home with her, like you've known her your whole life and never knew anything else. Everyone will also remember how intelligent she was, an unquenchable thirst for knowledge of this world, what our purpose is and why we're on it.
The Chu-Tan family are setting up a scholarship in her name dedicated to Taiwan and Sinophone studies. We want to continue her mission of spreading knowledge, inspiring the next generation of thinkers to be as intellectually curious and have the ability to pursue their academic endeavours. We ask for anyone wanting to contribute something during this time to donate to the Chungwei Jessie Chu Memorial Scholarship and help us continue her impact in this world. The money donated will be passed to the University of Canterbury where the scholarship will be administered.
