Show your love for the Miramar Peninsula Ciclovia, which will be held this year on February 14. We need your help to fund this event!

Ciclovia is once again being held this summer at the Miramar Peninsula between the north ends of Shelly Bay and Scorching Bay, where we will close the road to motorists and open it for people to walk, cycle, skate, or scooter.

We have received Council funding for expenses like traffic management, but need more money to cover other expenses like publicity.

Ciclovia is a free event, but any donation that you are willing to make is greatly appreciated!

Cycle Aware Wellington's involvement (page creator)

Cycle Aware Wellington support the Ciclovia event as it is a great way to encourage people young and old to cycle. We help the event with providing our account for funding purposes. None of the funds raised here will go to Cycle Aware Wellington itself however.

Ciclovia is a fantastic community event. Just seeing the joy of kids / people; being able to walk or cycle the Miramar Peninsula without having to worry about cars! Keen to make this happen by supporting it, not just as the event organiser but also financially.
