I'm racing for New Zealand at the 2025 Junior Track Worlds. please help me get to the start line!
Remuera, Auckland
I started cycling at the age of 12, not knowing it would become the biggest passion of my life. Now, at 17, that journey has led me to something incredible. I’ve been selected to represent New Zealand at the 2025 UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championships in Apeldoorn, Netherlands.
Being part of New Zealand’s amazing cycling community has helped me discover my potential, grow as an athlete, and build friendships that feel like family. Now, I have the honour of representing New Zealand on the world stage, and I carry that responsibility with pride.
However, this is a self-funded event, meaning it comes with significant costs such as travel, gear and accommodation.
Every donation, big or small, brings me one step closer to that start line, ready to race for NZ with pride.
I’m David Kwon, and I’m raising funds to represent New Zealand at the 2025 Junior Track Cycling World Championships.
The money will be used for my flight to the Netherlands, cycling gear, accommodation, and other essential costs for the Junior Track Worlds. If the full target isn’t met, all funds will still support my training and race preparations.
Means a lot, thanks so much !
Thank you grandma ☺️
