Compo's estate

Earlier this year our father Mark died very quickly there was 5 weeks of un known. My dad rang me on Valentine's day to tell me he was diagnosed with Acute myloid leukemia. After weeks of testing to see if he could undergo treatment he made the decision to try chemo. However after just 2 doses of chemo in week 4 of his diagnosis his body started to shut down and he died within the week. Since his passing it has been very traumatic for my brother and I as we have been put in a position of executors of his a estate and with this we really have been unable to greive. There is a claim bought against the estate for 100% of everything which we are in the process of fighting for the right of the will to stand (where she gets everything anyway but the family home is ours but she has the free use of it until she dies) so basically has 100% anyway. However our father had no savings and my brother and i are not in a position to pay any of the bills that are knocking on the door.and due to this claim we are unable to sell tge home to pay any of his debt.
