Dhamanti Cancer Treatment

My 54 year old mum was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and needs urgent treatment.

On examination she has multiple enlarged lymph nodes in the right axilla. The right breast was replaced by a large tumor with ulceration and fungation involving the lower half. Post diagnosis the specialists here in NZ have recommended Cemotherapy.

Cemotherapy Treatment Cycle

This regimen consists of Taxotere + Herceptin + Pertuzumab. Taxotere and Pertuzumab is given intravenously and Herceptin subcutaneously 3 weekly for a total of 6 cycles. Generally after 6 cycles of treatment, if the patient is found to be responding to the treatment then Taxotere is stopped and the patient is recommended to continue Herceptin + Pertuzumab until progression or unacceptable toxicity.

Unfortunately this treatment comes at a heavy cost. Along with my immediate family and friends we are trying to raise the funds for this treatment but its not enough so we would like to use GiveALittle as the platform to make a plea for help from anyone that can.
