Teachers Advocacy Group is a voluntary group advocating for the rights of children and teachers in NZ

The current regulations in Early Childhood Education are poor and need to be reviewed.

Teachers in the sector are being exploited in numerous ways.

We want to raise awareness, create networks and undertake research projects.

Use of funds

Funds will be used for travelling expenses to meet with teachers and set up networks. To provide time to communicate with all necessary groups, and to facilitate research into child and teacher well-being to support our goals.

I believe that every child and their family that participates in early childhood education deserves a qualified teacher who feels respected and appreciated for the work they do....this includes advocating for all ece teachers within the sector
