Family Home Destroyed by Fire
Urgent funds needed to help a family who have lost everything to a house fire and who's income is directly affected by work disruption.
Auckland
On 11 July fire ripped through the home of a Maraetai family of 4. Their home is gone and most of their belongings have been lost.
The family have insurance but there will be a shortfall and the funds will take time to process. This family are hard working but struggle to make ends meet at the best of times. Right now this is the worst of times.
There will be a corresponding SupportCrew.co page for practical help, but there is an urgent need for some direct money too, as all of their income is subject to the hours they can work, which is very disrupted as they try to cope with this terrible tragedy. Their expenses are far beyond their means to pay them right now.
