Need to raise funds for my family who are under extreme hardship

20 months ago I was struck down while working.
I have had multiple strokes, was in and out of a coma for 15 months.
Had 6 heart attacks and 4 serious brain injury's.
I had 25 operations and lived in a rehab centre for 6 months

Need to raise funds for my family who are under extreme hardship. Funds will be used on bills, food, and transport.
