Family Reunion 2017

The reunion will take place during the summer holidays on Thursday 28 December 2017 at the East End Surf Club, a stunning beachfront venue in New Plymouth.

The day will kick off at 1pm with kids activities, afternoon tea, professional family photos, family heritage presentations, a buffet dinner, live entertainment and dancing through the night until 1am the next morning. A book and a video will be made with photos and footage from the event.

We need to fundraise $3,500 to make the event happen - so please consider contributing what you can throughout the year. All donations both large and small will go a long way towards making the day a success. If we come in under budget or raise more than our goal, the remaining amount will be placed on the bar to enjoy on the day. Please let us know if you can help out in any other way as well.

’Save the date’ cards will be sent out in the coming months with more details, so please message Tony or Kevin with your postal address ASAP. There’s a variety of accommodation options in the area to suit all budgets (including Fitzroy Beach Holiday Park, a 5 minute walk from the venue), but keep in mind that they book out quickly for that time of year so it pays to get in early.

We would love for all the family to join us in celebrating our family heritage, catching up and and creating lasting memories. Skillings, Stefferts, Patons, Clements, Clearys, Petersons - everyone is welcome and we can’t wait to see you there!
