The Festival of the Elements is run by Porirua Community Arts Council Inc and uses the arts to celebrate the cultural diversity of Porirua, made possible by the Treaty of Waitangi. It offers a superb programme of arts and culture, and is also a Zero Waste event.

About us

Encouraging, supporting and facilitating the arts in the diverse and culturally vibrant community of Porirua City.

Our recently launched Arts Hub enable artists, performers and arts supporters in the Porirua region to engage with each other and share information.
