WE ARE CALLING FOR URGENT FINANCIAL SUPPORT
SRIDEVI RAVI passed away on 17 February 2022. She arrived in New Zealand in 2015 to study for a PhD (Auckland University of Technology) and successfully graduated in 2019. Sridevi moved to Invercargill 6 months ago to work as a Lecturer at the Southern Institute of Technology.
Unfortunately, Sridevi suddenly became very ill and was given a diagnosis of cancer just a few days ago.
Sridevi’s death is shocking and heartbreaking. She will be remembered as a loving, gentle, happy outgoing woman who worked hard for her academic studies, her future and the dream to settle in New Zealand.
We are calling for financial help to cover the expenses of cremation and sending the ashes to Sridevi’s parents in India.
Any amount will be highly appreciated.
Yours Truly,
Shelly Ballantine
