Our daughter has spent nearly half of her life battling a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer.
Diagnosed in January of 2021 and still undergoing procedures today - she has fought the battle for her life with a can-do attitude and sweet little disposition. Though the hard mahi has definitely been all her - it is unquestionable that the whole family has dealt with the consequences of the fear, uncertainty, upheaval, financial instability and change that this experience has brought us.
We have been hoping to organise the trip of a lifetime to celebrate all she has achieved and give her a chance to relax and enjoy a week away like a normal kid. She has been asking to see the Corroboree frogs in Australia for months and we thought that was a great idea!!
International travel to a big city with a family of five is no small feat financially - certainly looking into the tens of thousands - and we appreciate anything to help us achieve our goal.

Well, there’s no going back now. A Sydney sale popped up and now we are all flying to Australia come hell or high water. We are still a ways away from covering all of the expenses to get her on her adventure - but I have high hopes!!
Frank also received her final Purple Heart bead for the finish of her treatment last month - so exciting. She deserves this and so much more.
