Franklin Fight Night

We step into the ring on August 11th - Pukekohe Indian Hall to " Fight from the Inside" for all those that fight from that place everyday from the claws of depression & anxiety - an epidemic that is growing by the day due to the crazy modern lifestyle we are living today.

Our young adults and teenagers are facing the battle of the fight from within more than ever these days and an enormous reason why is the effects of SOCIAL MEDIA!

It's the generations coming through we want to make a difference for, educating and resourcing them for LIFE by making sure their 'mind health' is a priority!

We are not born with resilience, resilience comes from tough times we go through, that's where true strength and character comes from - it's how we support our teens and young adults to know this that's the key! 📷❤️

FRANKLIN RESOURCE & EDUCATION CENTRE FOR 'MIND HEALTH'

We are fighting on the 11th August to make this a reality for our Franklin People - WATCH THIS SPACE, WATCH THE FRANKLIN COUNTY NEWS AS OUR STORY AND JOURNEY OF WHAT FRANKLIN FIGHT NIGHT IS UNFOLDING FOR OUR COMMUNITY, teamed by our local health professionals📷❤️

All funds raised will go towards creating a Franklin Resource & Education Centre for Mind Health, where our teenagers & young adults can get help, information, attend counselling & other

services holistically in a space which is only for them & their families. We want to help these

families to heal, recover, & for our Franklin people to be well & free from anxiety, depression

& have great mind health.
