A big thank you to everyone that donated towards Bubbles’ TTA surgery! We appreciate it so much. We are currently 1 week post op, she is doing really well and is already walking better than before. She is on the road to recovery and hopefully soon we will be able to go for our daily walks again 😄❤️
Hi everyone! We have found another Vet that will be doing Bubbles’ surgery on the 19th of June for about $2500. I have dropped our goal amount as we no longer need $4500 for surgery ❤️

I would like to give you some important info. My dog Rosie had this same operation and unfortunately during surgery she vomitted and it caused her to have an acid reflux and because the (Surgeon) didn't remove all the vomit it burn't her osephagus and we have been battling this now for 3 months and she can only take in softened - liquid food, and has lost a huge amount of weight as a result. She was 16kgs - now she's 12kgs. You can actually read her story on her Givealittle page here. I am about to close it. The thing is when they are under anaesthetics the muscles become weak so she would have been unable to help herself. So please make sure your dog has fasted well before the surgery and that the surgeon places her in a manner that this does not happen to your dog. All the best to you and your lovely Bubbles.
