I am a university student who is looking to represent New Zealand at the Taekwon-Do World Championships in Inzell, Germany in April 2019.

My name is Vinu Vijay. I am a 20 year old university student, who will be representing New Zealand at the 2019 Taekwon-Do World Championships held in Inzell, Germany.

This is also not my first campaign. I have represented New Zealand twice prior to this, winning medals at both events.

All the accolades I've achieved is through the amazing opportunities that I've been given and siezed, and I am very grateful for each and every one of them, as well as the people who have helped me get there.

In order to compete at tournaments like this I have to raise a handsome amount of funds, which is quite difficult for a struggling uni student. A dollar goes a very long way, and will not go unnoticed. Even sharing the link to this page is a great help!

Thank you!

Use of Funds:

There are various costs that need to be covered. To name a few: airfare expenses, accommodation and team gear. Donations that are made to this page will go towards covering all those costs as and when they fall due.

I am a 19 year old University student, who has been selected to represent New Zealand in the International Taekwon-Do World Championships this October in Dublin, Ireland.

This page is to help gather as much funds as possible to help towards getting me to this competition and represent our country with pride.

I have previously represented New Zealand in the same tournament in Jesolo, Italy in 2015, with medals to back that up, and I would love to re-live those moments again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, a dollar goes a very long way!

Funds will be paid to a verified bank account of Vinu Vijayakumaran.

“Proud of you Swas!! Goodluck, no doubt you'll smash it! All the love xo”
“Sorry it’s not much! Student life! But have fun and kick some booty lol”
“Hi I saw your tags for givealittle outside a shop in Dominion Rd. My brother gained his black belt 6 weeks before he passed away from cancer of the throat. At the time he got his belt his cancer had already spread throughout his body. However, it never took away his determination, and gaining his black belt went viral. So my donation is in honor of my beautiful wonderful brother, who also volunteered his time teaching children the sport up until two weeks before he passed away (in Oct 2016). Wishing you all the very best!!”
“Happy Birthday and Good Luck! ❤️”
“Good luck dude! Kill it out there ❤️”
“Is this working?”
“Get em boi”
“Hey you dont know me and sorry bro I know it's not much but I know how hard it can be to raise funds and how much every dollar counts. Wishing you the best of luck and I'll keep an eye out on results”
