Samson has been awarded a place at a cricketing school in England for their cricket season, we need help with the flight costs please!
Auckland
Samson has been offered a place for the second school term at Woodhouse Grove school in Leeds, England http://www.woodhousegrove.co.uk/ to lend his sporting talent to their cricket team. Samson loves his cricket, both bowling and batting and currently plays rep cricket for EDCA in his age group and is also playing for the premier mens team at University club (not bad for a 15 year old).
This is an incredible opportunity to launch his career in cricket, he will be blogging about his big adventure once over there so you can keep an eye on his progress ;)
I'm Samson's mother we need to raise funds for his flights/insurance and although we have been scrimping and saving, selling fundraising chocolates and he has been doing lawns and other odd jobs we sure could do with some help, even a few dollars would make a big difference.
WOW! We are blown away! 16 January 2017
Thank you so very much for your incredible generosity and support for Samson.
Today his Year 10 EDCA (Eastern Districts Cricket Assoc) Rep team WON the Auckland Cricket January tournament after 6 long grueling days of competition. A fantastic result for an excellent team of lads, Samson is exhausted and I'm sure would love to sleep for a week but Selwyn College cricket training starts tomorrow, no rest for the wicked ;)
