Please help us raise funds for Aimee, Cam and Autumn.
Gisborne
On Friday the 27th of January, Aimee, Cam and Autumn were in a life changing car accident. They have all walked away with their lives but unfortunately Aimee has a long road to full recovery.
Aimee has experienced multiple injuries and is currently in the ICU at Waikato Hospital. Some of her injuries will require extensive rehabilitation.
Aimee has dedicated her life to helping many others look after their bodies through her passion for movement. This time she needs a little help from us to look after hers.
The funds raised will assist in placing Aimee in the best possible place and circumstance for rehabilitation, surrounded by expertise, accessibility and her loved ones. These funds will help towards their expenses in the coming weeks if not months and to assist in specialist care. ACC will also provide some financial support.
We want to ensure Aimee and her family are where they need to be to receive the best possible help and support.
Aimee is a very private person, who would never ask for help, but we know there are a lot of people out there desperately wanting to help right now. We know the offer of financial help during this time will be greatly appreciated.
Or another way to support Aimee and her family is to sign up for an Aimee Challies Movement subscription, which knowing how much she loves to help people live their best possible life, will be a gift twice over, and one that gives right back to you.
I am Aimee’s youngest sister Flossie, this page has been created alongside her older two sisters Michelle and Nicky.
The money will be spent on expenses for her family while aimee is receiving help away from home. Any additional funds would be spent on access to trained health professionals and treatments to help her rehabilitate (anything that may not be covered by ACC).
Message from Cam, Aimee and Autumn 7 February 2025
I don’t quite have the words to fully express how deeply moved we are by the love, generosity, and kindness that has surrounded our family in these past weeks.
Aimee, Autumn, and I were in a serious car accident, and while we all sustained injuries, Aimee was the one most affected. It has been an incredibly difficult time, but she is showing remarkable strength and healing in ways that continue to amaze us every day.
The outpouring of support through messages, visits, and the incredible generosity to our Givealittle campaign has been overwhelming in the best possible way. It has lifted us, held us, and reminded us of the immense kindness in this world. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
Every single gesture, every donation, and every word of encouragement has made a difference in ways I can’t even begin to describe. We are truly humbled, and we carry this love with us as we move forward, step by step.
With endless gratitude,
Cam, Aimee & Autumn
