GODZone Team Pic's Peanut Butter

In February 2017, four friends will race GODZone Pure as Team Pic's Peanut Butter. GodZone is a self-supported 500km adventure race in the Queenstown region which involves alpine trekking, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing and running to reach the finish line all while navigating by map and compass. It is up to them when they sleep, eat, rest and race.

The team consists of Peter, Scotty, Hazel and Ed who are all young professionals out looking to make a difference. The team is excited to raise awareness and funds for Unicorn Foundation NZ.

This charity has been chosen due to the overwhelming amount of help it has provided to Peter and his family as his mum Katy, has fought her very own battle with NET cancer. She is doing well now thanks to the team at Unicorn Foundation NZ. The team hopes they can allow more families to feel the benefits the foundation provides through raising funds and awareness of this cancer.
