Can you spare just $1 to help a young girl rebuild her confidence and self-esteem

Ellie is a 16 year old girl from Southland, New Zealand who would really benefit from going on a confidence course provided by Outward Bound New Zealand.

She’s been the innocent victim of violence in her past and naturally this has taken its toll on her; her confidence and self-esteem are virtually non-existent. She’s determined not to let her ordeal ruin her life but due to her current anxiety and low self-esteem is now the target for bullies at school. In her words, she’s trapped in this vicious cycle unable to claw her way out.

We’ve found this course which we think would really help her develop the confidence and resilience she lacks but never in a million years could we afford the $4349 price tag. Our target is to raise the cost of the course and we her friends and whanau will find the money for all the equipment and travel costs.

If you could spare even $1 this will help a lovely young woman to be able to put her past behind her and enjoy this amazing opportunity.
