The goal is to raise enough for Anthony’s chemotherapy treatments, not covered by New Zealand public health system.
Canterbury
Anthony has been battling cancer this last year, and a non-publicly funded drug (Nab-paclitaxel) is available which will significantly increase his chances of recovery. It is not available in the NZ public health care system and comes at a considerable cost.
Anthony and his wife Anne have spent the last 9 years as volunteers in Cambodia working alongside the local community of Battambang to empower them and improve their lives. This has been at considerable personal and economic sacrifice. Other family members and friends who visited them, saw firsthand the difference they made in lives of the local people.
Please support Anthony in his time of need as he has so much still to offer and wants to continue his life of service to complete the valuable work he has been doing.
He is much loved by his family and friends and we invite others to join us in the quest to support Anthony’s recovery. All donations, however small, will be very much appreciated.
