Help for Tricia's funeral and memorial costs. (TeeCee)

On the 11th of November 2018 our mother Tricia Hague-Barrett passed away from a post surgical infection at Waikato Hospital. This has been a traumatic and unexpected outcome for family and friends as Tricia was so bright and full of life. We are seeking funds to help complete her burial by helping with funeral costs, her grave site purchase and a headstone.

Tricia was much loved in the New Zealand and international Baha'i community. She spent 45 years of her life dedicated to the Baha'i Faith and teaching the cause of God. She served as Secretary to various new Zealand Baha'i communities for around 20 years, produced Baha'i content for radio shows in NZ and the Marshall Islands. She was also well involved with various causes including Maatua Whangai as a youth counsellor in the South Island and also Rape Crisis as a counsellor in Hawkes Bay. She loved to teach art, as art was her passion and she would use it to teach and discuss human virtues with the children at every opportunity. She is remembered for her light, laughter and loving kindness.

As a single mum of five the possibility of paying for her funeral costs is next to impossible. I want to be able to give her a headstone that reflects her faith and beliefs. Unfortunately the total grave site costs must be paid before any permanent memorial can be installed. Every donation no matter how small be used solely for the listed expenses. While Tricia had multiple insurance policies, unfortunately none will pay out for various reasons.
