It is with much sadness that we share our brother Haroon Mahmood passed away as a result of the tragic events in Christchurch Mosque on Friday 15 March 2019.
Haroon was a farther of 2 beautiful children and a loving husband. He had just completed his PhD from Lincoln University.
His smile, warmth, dedication, respect and humor will be deeply missed. Haroon was also a member of faculty at Canterbury college in Christchurch New Zealand.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, the Muslim community, their families and all people affected by this terrible event.
