Help Lee's battle against breast cancer
This is to help alleviate some of the financial pressures that this treatment will place on Lee's family.Auckland
I've set up this page on behalf on Sue and Nina, as their mum Lee was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and it would be amazing if we could help them with the financial burden of treatment. I myself have witnessed a loved one battle with cancer and the last thing you want to be dealing with amongst all the emotions is financial uncertainty, so I ask if you can donate anything, even just $1 it will help immensely.
For those who are unaware, Lee is currently living in South Korea away from her two daughters. As a result, Sue and Nina are unable to support her during this tough time. Anyone who has had the opportunity to meet Lee will know she is a bubbly, kind and positive woman who always wants to put a smile on other people's faces. And like any other mum, she will never let you leave her front door on an empty stomach!
Lee will be undergoing a mastectomy on the 21st of July, followed by ongoing chemotherapy. Donations will go towards the surgery, chemotherapy treatment as well as transport expenses for her ongoing hospital visits. This is to help alleviate some of the financial pressures that this treatment will place on Lee's family.
Any donations, great or small would be unbelievably appreciated!
From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU, we will keep you updated on her progress!

We exceeded our goal of $10,000 within 36 hours thanks to you all! A massive THANK YOU to everyone who has donated, Lee and the Ryu family are so SO grateful for all your incredible love and support. As her treatment will be ongoing I have changed the donation goal to open - all donations will continue to go to Lee and her treatment costs x
