Arathi was born in Auckland and is a citizen of NZ but she is living in India for the past 3 years. Arathi's mum left NZ for India in 2016 with then 2 year old Arathi to escape from an abusive relationship. Arathi's mum returned back to NZ to find a job in 2017 leaving Arathi in India due to a custody battle with her father. Her mum is her sole provider and have no other support in any other form. She have now won the custody of Arathi and is longing to bring her back to NZ to start a new life for both of them. Arathi's mother works part-time at a resthome and is studying fulltime to be an accountant in another 3 years. Like many others, this pandemic have been really hard for this mum too in everyway possible. The little savings she had from last 3 years had to be send home to the family who is struggling through the pandemic. She is seeking your little help to get back up again and be ready just in time to bring her daughter back to NZ when our borders reopen. All they want is a peaceful life together after being separated for 3 long years.
