I am a 24 year old female living in Whangamata, I volunteer for the Whangamata Fire Brigade and The Order of St John. Because of my volunteer work I have been offered a once in a life time opportunity, I have been offered a scholarship from Outward Bound to do their 21 day course in Anakiwa in the South Island. The scholarship covers most of the cost of the course but I need $1500 to cover the remaining course fees as well as travel costs.

Use of funds

The funds will go towards the remaining course fees that I need to cover as well as travel funds getting me to and from the South Island. Any extra money received I will donate back into my local community.
